Admission to Lichfield Cathedral School

We are an independent day school offering an excellent all-round education to girls and boys aged 3 to 18. We are a relatively small school with just over 420 pupils, but we have a strong heritage of teaching choristers in The Close for several centuries.

The main entry points to the School are at age 3, 5, 11 and 16, but we are pleased to welcome pupils into other year groups should places be available.

We are delighted that you may be considering an application for your child to join the Cathedral School community. This website and our prospectus will provide an overview, but in order to experience the warmth and quality of life we offer, we strongly encourage you to visit the School.

Parents are always welcome to visit the School and an appointment can be made to tour the school and meet with our Head Teacher by using the enquiry form or by contacting the Admissions Team on 01543 306168.
