We are looking to appoint an experienced, qualified and dedicated Facilities Manager to ensure that the highest standards are kept throughout all School sites, both buildings and grounds. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with the right skills and experience to have a hands on role across a complex premises.
You will manage a small team of maintenance and cleaning staff across both the Lichfield and Longdon sites, and will be the main point of contact for all contractors. There will also be close liaison with the Cathedral Estates team.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility for the management of all premises to ensure that buildings meet all Health and Safety requirements and facilities comply with current legislation. You will be responsible for a rolling programme of works for refurbishment and maintenance of all school buildings, and be responsible for the departmental budget in this respect.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Admissions Assistant to work within our Marketing and Admissions Department.
The role will work extremely closely with the Registrar providing all the necessary administration support, whilst also having an active role in contact with prospective parents, attendance at exhibitions, Open Mornings and Evenings and through various marketing events to raise awareness of the school.
The hours for this position will be 9am – 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, from Monday to Friday throughout the year (including term time and school holidays) and the successful candidate will be required to work the occasional weekend and evening during term time (these will always be planned and notice given).
The role will also involve building the school’s alumni network, advising alumni of various upcoming events and updating records.
We require excellent Microsoft Office skills, good communication skills at all levels, and the ability to work flexibly within this very busy role.

An opportunity has arisen to join our team of mini bus drivers. The role will be for approximately 15 – 20 hours per week on a term time basis with occasional evening and school holiday requirements.
