Glamping adventure!

32 Choristers had a summer glamping night at The Palace last Friday! We were treated to delicious barbecue food provided by Mr Goodgame and, after lots of discussion about the best way to get their smaller barbecue glowing (an airbed pump used as bellows was the obvious solution!), Choristers toasted marshmallows. Whilst most enjoyed the early evening sun running around The Palace Lawn, others sat entertained by the newest girl band on The Close, still awaiting a name, but The Loud Ones is my suggestion!

Everyone appeared keen to change into PJs quite early and enjoyed bedtime hot chocolate before 'settling' down for the night. The matrons realised hours later that changing early into PJs does not equate to falling asleep early!

We really had a wonderful time and everyone left smiling and perhaps a little tired on Saturday morning after enjoying their buffet breakfast. We look forward to doing this again next year and making it an annual event summer event.
