Stunning Advent Carol Services

The Choristers and Choral Scholars performed outstandingly on Saturday and Sunday at the Advent Carol Services. 

The services began with the Cathedral in complete darkness and it was gradually lit by thousands of candles as the first of the Advent Candles is taken in procession through the Cathedral.

The services were extremely well received and Mr Lamb, Director of Music, said: "What an epic start to Advent!  If we keep up this momentum it will be a seriously memorable Christmas!" when he thanked the Choir.
